EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

    • Each label is customised and made to order, unfortunately this means we are unable to refund or exchange due to change of mind.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on products due to hygiene reasons, please choose carefully upon checking out.
    • If for any reason you need to return your item, return postage will be at buyers expense. 
    • Items must be returned in original packaging using Australia Post with tracking within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide tracking details upon lodging package. 
    • If a refund has been granted, it will not include postage costs. It will only be to the value of your order excluding postage. 

    SHIPPING POLICY

    • We ship via Australia Post. Postage delivery times may vary between regular and express shipping and where you are located within Australia.
    • We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too. 
    • In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken or not in a usable state, please email us a photo of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 
    • There is up to a 10 day processing time for orders placed which is not included in the shipping time. If you need your product sooner, please get in touch or add the ‘Rush My Order’ item to your cart to ensure products are processed within 48hours.

    Our custom name stamps are designed to be used with synthetic ink. However, we want to make you aware that the consumption of synthetic ink may cause serious injury or health hazards.     Yes, our vinyl labels are most certainly durable. They are made and printed on commercial grade permanent vinyl. They are waterproof and long lasting. If looked after well, they can last between 2-3 years. They can be placed on most smooth surfaces such as plastic, glass, metal, mirror and tiles.  Rough surfaces are not recommended.

    We have a special type of vinyl that can be ironed on. Our regular vinyl labels do not stick to fabric.

    Our labels are removeable but not reusable. To remove, peel slowly starting at a corner. Once removed, the labels will warp and stretch as they are a thin film.

    Our labels will come with step by step application instructions. Make sure surface is clean, remove labels from backing sheet, they should peel with transfer tape adhered to them to make application simple and precise. If instructions are not followed accurately, we are not responsible for any damage in the process.

    Our labels are waterproof 24 hours after application. Handwashing is highly recommended to prolong the life of your stickers once applied. Dishwashing is not recommended as the labels do not react well to heat and steam.

    Once your order has been finalised, we cannot make any changes as it adds a delay to other orders and confusion so, please choose carefully. This includes colours and fonts.

    We do attempt to correct spelling if we notice it however most labels are printed as typed by you so please re check your order before checking out.

    You can, but please use the iron on tape to prevent bleeding. If in doubt always use the iron on tape especially on thin porous fabric like dry fit and we recommend testing the stamp on a hidden location to see if bleeding occurs.  

    Our stamps are refillable, please choose the correct type of ink for the stamp you have purchased. ie fabric ink for the fabric name stamp and paper ink for our regular stamps.

    Using the stamp tape is easy, simply cut to size, iron glossy side down, wait for it to cool and stamp the name as normal. Give it a few moments to dry. Fabric ink is oil based so it needs a little longer to dry. 

    We recommend waiting at least 48 hours after stamping, the longer the better. Our fabric ink is oil based so it is really thick.
